This 8-channel analog output IOP main card is a core signal processing unit for TPS UCN DCS. It receives digital control commands from the UCN control network, converts them into standard 4–20mA analog regulating signals, and outputs to supporting AO FTA terminal boards to drive field regulating valves, actuators and positioning instruments.
It supports both non-redundant and redundant FTA matching modes, with built-in full channel self-diagnosis logic to detect open circuits, short circuits and abnormal output loads. Plug-in hot-swappable design allows online replacement without system shutdown, delivering stable closed-loop PID regulation for continuous process industries.
