2. Product Function Description

This IOP main card is specially designed for high-precision collection of weak millivolt-level signals. It cooperates with supporting LLAI FTA to receive signals from thermocouples, RTD temperature transmitters and low-voltage analog sensors, and completes signal amplification, linear conversion, cold junction compensation and digital sampling. It supports multi-channel scanning measurement, built-in comprehensive channel self-diagnosis function to detect open circuit, short circuit and abnormal temperature signals, and transmits processed digital temperature data to UCN control network for loop regulation and monitoring. It is widely used in high-precision temperature measurement scenarios of continuous process industries.
