This field termination assembly is specially matched with MU-DIA62 AC digital input IOP card, dedicated to collecting 120/240VAC switch status signals from on-site limit switches, valve position feedback and interlock devices. It adopts anti-loose screw terminal design, supports full redundant channel configuration to enhance system safety and continuous operation capability. Built-in surge suppression, RC signal filtering and channel isolation circuits effectively restrain electromagnetic interference and ground loop noise, preventing high AC field signals from damaging the main IOP card. It is suitable for high-vibration continuous production sites in chemical, power and oil & gas industries.
