Matching Restriction: Only compatible with MC-PDOY22 relay output IOP card. Must not be replaced with transistor DO (51204162/51204156), DI, AI or AO series FTA boards.
Wiring Standard: Distinguish common terminal and normally open terminal strictly. Do not exceed rated contact power for each channel; add RC absorption circuit for inductive loads as recommended.
Spare Part Replacement: 51204166-175 and 51204166-125 are fully electrically compatible for emergency swap; use same suffix model for long-term stable operation.
Fault Troubleshooting Flow: No channel action → Check ribbon cable connection → Measure relay coil control voltage → Test relay contact continuity → Verify field load power and wiring.
