I. Product Introduction 51204162-175 (also known as MU-TDOY22) is a 16-channel 24VDC transistor digital output passive terminal assembly (FTA) of the Honeywell Experion PKS (UCN bus) DCS system. The dedicated IO card MC-TDOY22 is responsible for signal transfer between the IO card and on-site solenoid valves, contactors, etc. as well as single-path fuse short-circuit protection and wiring organization within the cabinet. The electrical parameters are exactly the same as 51204162-125, only the PCB hardware has been revised. The two can be interchanged as spare parts on-site.

Pairing restriction: Only compatible with MC-TDOY22 16-channel DO card, do not replace 51204156 (32DO), 51204160 (16DI) series terminal boards

Wiring specification: Strictly distinguish the positive and negative poles of 24V, do not reverse connection; single-channel load current shall not exceed the rated upper limit of 500mA

Replacement of spare parts rule: -175 and -125 electrical are 100% compatible, emergency repair can be directly interchanged; for long-term stable operation, prefer to use the same tail number model

Fault troubleshooting process: No output from the channel → Check the channel fuse → Tighten loose terminals → Measure the on-site load resistance → Detect the status of the MC-TDOY22 card at the rear end
