This complete set is used for measuring shaft vibration, shaft displacement, eccentricity, and phase difference of steam turbines, fans, and compressors, and is compatible with the MMS6000/AMS6500 TSI system.

Sensor and preamplifier connection
PR6423 comes with a cable directly plugged into CON021 LEMO aviation connector. Tighten the lock to connect, no additional terminals required.
Shielding requirements: Single-ended grounding throughout, only grounded at the preamplifier/cabinet side, and the probe side shield is left floating.
V. Installation and Commissioning Key Points
Install the gap
PR6423 standard calibration: 2.5mm, corresponding to the best linear midpoint of the preamplifier output -12V.
Wiring requirements
Sensor cable should be kept away from power cables and drive units, run parallel with a spacing of no less than 300mm, and must not be in the same cable tray as the power cables.
Power-on calibration
First, supply -24VDC to CON021
Gradually adjust the probe's advance and retreat, measure the output of the preamplifier with a multimeter
Adjust to **-12V** and lock the fixing screws
Normal voltage range
Small gap: Output approaches -4V
Large gap: Output approaches -20V
No voltage / Close to 0V: Probe disconnected, connector not locked, power reversed
