Before brake/bearing/encoder overhaul: fully cut off 3-phase main power + DC24V brake power, wait ≥15min for servo DC bus capacitor complete discharge to avoid high voltage electric shock;
Periodic maintenance: tighten three rear connector terminals every 3 months; replenish high temp bearing grease after 8000 running hours; clean casing dust semi-annually; arbitrary modification of encoder/brake wiring causes motor runaway or driver permanent lock fault.
