Direct replacement requires identical USAGED-30AS2SE; domestic K-version USAGED-30A22K or non-brake variant cannot direct swap unless rewire connectors and reset full servo parameters;
Before disassemble brake/bearing/encoder maintenance: cut off main 3-phase power + DC24V brake supply, wait ≥15min for DC bus capacitor full discharge to avoid high-voltage shock hazard;
Periodic maintenance: tighten rear triple connector terminals every 3 months; replenish high-temperature bearing grease after 8000 cumulative running hours; clean housing dust every half-year to maintain original heat dissipation efficiency; random wiring change of encoder/brake leads will cause runaway or driver permanent fault lock.
