Periodic inspection: Check tightness of power terminals & CN1/CN2 connectors before startup; clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to avoid overheat shutdown
Factory parameter initialization: After reset, all data restore to locked Y72 OEM preset values, temporary user modified data will be cleared entirely.
7. Common Troubleshooting
Overheat alarm: Radiator dust blockage / poor cabinet ventilation / mechanical overload → clean cooling fin or reduce machine operating load
Encoder error: Loose CN2 connector, damaged feedback cable or non-original mismatched motor → inspect wiring & use matched incremental servo motor
Deceleration overvoltage: Install external braking resistor between P and BN terminals
Parameter writing failure: Normal Y72 firmware lock design, unlock needs official Yaskawa customized program rewrite.
