CACR-SR15BE12G-Y56
Description
1. Product Introduction
Model Code Explanation
CACR: VS800 CNC feed-axis dedicated servo series;
SR: Dual command input: ±10VDC analog speed + differential pulse position input;
15: Matched rated motor power 1.5kW;
BE: Standard mainboard layout;
2: Independent separated power supply for main circuit & control circuit;
12G: Base universal G-type core firmware platform;
Y56: Exclusive customized program version (OEM locked setting for specific lathe/machining center, fixed gain, fixed IO assignment).
2. Core Electrical Parameters (Same base hardware as 12G, customized software only)
Y56 Exclusive Software Features
Position loop gain, speed PI gain, acceleration/deceleration, notch filter parameters are preset and partially locked; key running parameters are prohibited from user free change to match original machine mechanical characteristic;
CN1 digital I/O pin definition is solidified per OEM machine wiring logic, cannot reassign IO function via parameter modification;
Three control modes (speed/position/torque) switching permission is restricted, only default machine designated control mode is enabled;
RS422 communication retains parameter read function, partial important parameter write authority is blocked by Y56 customized program lock.
3. Environmental & Installation Requirements
4. Terminal & Connector Definition
R/S/T: Three-phase AC main input power; U/V/W: Servo motor three-phase power wiring; P,BN: External braking resistor terminals;
CN1: Optocoupler isolated digital IO, pin function fixed by Y56 customized program;
CN2: Incremental encoder feedback dedicated port;
Front 7-segment LED displays running status and unified VS800 series standard fault codes.
5. Built-in Protection Functions
6. Replacement & Maintenance Notes
Preferred replacement part: identical CACR-SR15BE12G-Y56; common 12G standard drive cannot direct plug-and-play, must rewrite Y56 dedicated firmware by professional repair supplier;
Periodic maintenance: inspect tightness of power terminals and CN1/CN2 connectors before startup, clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to avoid overheat shutdown;
Factory parameter reset will restore to original locked Y56 OEM preset values, user modified temporary parameters will be cleared after reset.
7. Common Troubleshooting
Overheat alarm: blocked radiator dust, poor cabinet ventilation or mechanical overload → clean cooling fins or reduce machine load;
Encoder error: loose CN2 connector, damaged feedback cable or mismatched non-original motor → check wiring and use matched incremental motor;
Deceleration overvoltage: add external braking resistor between P & BN terminals;
Parameter cannot be written normally: caused by Y56 OEM parameter lock, this is normal customized design, unlock requires Yaskawa official firmware modification.
