Mechanical Installation

V. Debugging and Calibration

Power On Check: Preamplifier power supply is normal (-24VDC), module indicator light is on (green normal).

Speed Sensor: Rotating gear, pulse signal no loss, amplitude stable (high level ≥9V)

Impedance Calibration: Factory-matched, no calibration required at site; after replacing sensor, recheck impedance.

VI. Fault Troubleshooting

No Signal Transmission

Check if M12 plug is locked, if terminal block is loose

Measure cable continuity: core wire resistance ≤5Ω, continuous shielding layer

Check power supply: Preamplifier -24VDC is normal, no reverse connection

Signal Interference / Drift

Incorrect Shielding Grounding: Change to single-point grounding on module side

Improper Cable Installation: Away from strong electromagnetic sources such as frequency converters and motors

Connector Contamination: Clean M12 plug contacts to ensure good contact

Connector Damage

Replace M12 plug: Need to match 50Ω impedance to avoid signal reflection
