4. Installation Instructions

  1. Cut off all power of machine tool and servo system before installation.

  2. Inspect motor appearance, flange, shaft and keyway for damage, deformation or rust.

  3. Fix the motor on mechanical mounting surface with standard bolts, tighten evenly to ensure flatness.

  4. Install coupling strictly ensure coaxiality between motor shaft and load shaft to avoid vibration and abnormal wear.

  5. Connect power cable and encoder cable strictly according to wiring specifications.

  6. Route cables properly, avoid sharp bending, heavy extrusion and crossing with high-voltage lines.
