4. Installation Instructions

  1. Cut off all power of machine tool and servo system before installation.

  2. Inspect motor appearance, flange, shaft and keyway for damage, deformation or rust.

  3. Fix the motor on the mechanical mounting surface with bolts, tighten evenly to keep flatness.

  4. Install coupling strictly ensure coaxiality between motor shaft and load shaft to avoid vibration and wear.

  5. Connect power cable and encoder cable according to official wiring definition, ensure firm connection.

  6. Route cables properly, avoid sharp bending, heavy compression and crossing with high-voltage lines.

  7. Recheck all mechanical fastenings and wiring.
