Direct replacement rule: interchange only with identical CACR-SR15BB1BF; CACR-SR15BB1AM cannot directly substitute for BF due to CN2 feedback hardware difference, AM drive cannot run incremental motor normally without parameter and wiring adjustment.
Daily pre-start inspection: check tightness of power cables and CN1/CN2 plug terminals; clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to prevent heat accumulation and overheat shutdown.
Full factory parameter reset allowed on standard BF model; reset restores all parameters back to original factory default value for new motor commissioning. No regular battery replacement needed for BF incremental model.
