Description
1.Model Code Definition
CACR: Yasnac VS800 full digital AC servo driver for CNC feed axis, general industry automation use.SR: Dual command input support: ±10VDC analog speed/torque + differential pulse position instruction, full parameter adjustable without factory lock.15: Rated power 1.5kW, AC200V grade specification.BB: Universal main control PCB & standard base I/O circuit layout, consistent with BB suffix platform.1: Three-phase AC200~230V main power input; separate single-phase AC200V for control power supply.AM: Absolute serial encoder dedicated interface (core difference vs AF suffix). AF matches incremental pulse encoder only; AM is designed for absolute type servo motor with serial communication feedback, built-in battery backup circuit for absolute position retention after power cut.No Yxx suffix = standard universal stock model, no OEM fixed locked parameters, all parameters editable onsite.
2.Basic Electrical Parameters
Three-phase main input AC200V~230V, 50/60Hz, allowable voltage fluctuation -15%~+10%. Independent single-phase AC200V supplies control power separately.Rated continuous output current 9.7Arms; 150% overload sustainable for 60 seconds, 300% peak overload limited within 3 seconds.DC bus nominal working voltage DC280V~320V; terminals P & BN reserved for external regenerative braking resistor wiring for frequent deceleration loads.IGBT sine wave PWM modulation, max output frequency 300Hz, IP20 protection grade for cabinet vertical installation, net weight approx 3.3~3.4kg.
3.Key Difference of AM Version vs AF Standard
CN2 encoder port hardware circuit customized for absolute serial encoder, supporting battery-powered absolute position storage; incremental encoder can be used via parameter modification but not factory default matching.
Built-in internal battery socket for absolute encoder backup battery (3.6V lithium battery), AF model has no battery installation position.
Default factory parameter set for absolute motor auto-tuning; full motor parameter auto-identification function completely available, no function restriction unlike Y-custom locked variants.
Position origin data can be saved inside encoder after power off; no need for mechanical origin reset every startup, different from incremental AF version requiring zero return on power-on.
4.Control Mode Description (Full Parameter Free Adjustment)
Three control modes switchable via internal parameters freely: analog ±10V speed control, pulse position control, analog torque control, users can set target mode on site without factory unlock authorization.Built-in multi-stage mechanical resonance suppression filter, all filter gain & frequency parameters editable manually.Electronic gear ratio, position loop gain, speed loop gain, acceleration/deceleration time all adjustable according to mechanical load; no solidified factory fixed data.Onboard RS422 communication supports parameter upload/download, running data reading and fault record query, full parameter write permission available.
5.Installation & Environmental Specification
Operating ambient temperature 0℃~+55℃; storage temperature -20℃~+70℃; working humidity 5%~80%RH without dew condensation. Derate output load when installation altitude over 1000m above sea level.Vibration resistance: 10~55Hz, single amplitude 0.5mm; keep over 50mm empty space at top and bottom of unit for ventilation heat dissipation inside cabinet. All wiring work must cut off total power and wait over 15 minutes for internal capacitor full discharge to avoid electric shock; forbid hot plug CN1/CN2 under powered condition.
6.Terminal & Connector Definition
R/S/T: three-phase main AC power input terminals; U/V/W: three-phase servo motor power output terminals.P & BN: external braking resistor connecting terminals for regenerative energy consumption during rapid deceleration & emergency stop.CN1: optocoupler isolated universal digital I/O connector, all I/O signal definition reconfigurable by parameter setting, no fixed OEM pin assignment.CN2: exclusive absolute encoder feedback port with battery wiring pin, only matched absolute motor cable can be connected normally.Front single-digit seven-segment LED displays real-time operating status and standard VS800 series fault codes.
7.Complete Protection Functions
Full protection list: output overcurrent, DC bus overvoltage, DC bus undervoltage, internal overheat, encoder disconnection, absolute battery low voltage alarm, motor overload, CPU operation error. Latest ten fault records stored permanently in memory without power-loss data missing.Internal dynamic brake circuit reserved; install external braking resistor on P-BN for heavy cyclic load & frequent emergency stop application to eliminate deceleration overvoltage fault. Unique extra protection for AM model: low battery warning when absolute backup battery voltage drops below threshold, trigger pre-alarm to remind battery replacement.
8.Replacement & Maintenance Rules
Direct interchange condition: only replace with identical CACR-SR15BB1AM; standard CACR-SR15BB1AF cannot directly substitute due to CN2 encoder circuit hardware difference, AF drive cannot drive absolute encoder motor normally.Regular maintenance: check power cable and connector tightness before startup every day; clean radiator dust every 3~6 months; replace absolute encoder backup battery every 2~3 years to prevent position data loss after power off.Full factory parameter reset is allowed on this standard AM model; reset will restore all parameters back to factory default value for re-commissioning new motor.
9.Common Fault Troubleshooting
Overheat alarm: radiator dust clogging, poor cabinet ventilation or long-term overload; clean cooling fin or reduce working load.Encoder fault: CN2 loose wiring, damaged feedback cable, mismatched non-absolute motor or exhausted backup battery; replace battery or matched absolute motor accordingly.Low battery alarm exclusive for AM: absolute backup battery voltage insufficient, replace specified 3.6V lithium battery promptly.Deceleration overvoltage alarm: add external braking resistor between P and BN terminals.Overload alarm: mechanical jamming or excess payload, inspect transmission mechanical structure and reduce load.
10.Fault Code Brief Definition
1=Output overcurrent, 2=Main circuit hardware failure, 3=DC bus overvoltage, 4=DC bus undervoltage, 5=Drive overheat, 6=Encoder break, 7=Motor overload, 8=Absolute encoder low battery (AM exclusive alarm), A=CPU malfunction, C=External emergency stop input triggered.
