CACR stands for Yasnac VS800 full digital AC Servopack series for CNC machine tool original matching. SR supports dual command input including ±10VDC analog speed/torque signal and differential pulse position command.

Description

1.Model Code Explanation

CACR stands for Yasnac VS800 full digital AC Servopack series for CNC machine tool original matching.
SR supports dual command input including ±10VDC analog speed/torque signal and differential pulse position command.
15 means rated power 1.5kW, three-phase AC200V level specification.
BB refers to universal standard main control PCB with common I/O base circuit layout.
1 is three-phase AC200V main power input specification.
AF is standard incremental encoder receiving circuit for matching original factory servo motor.
Y16 is exclusive OEM customized factory fixed parameter version specially tailored for designated CNC equipment, partial core control parameters are solidified inside firmware and cannot be arbitrarily modified after factory delivery.

2.Basic Electrical Specification (Same base as standard CACR-SR15BB1AF, only Y16 parameter fixed)

Main circuit input is three-phase AC200~230V, 50/60Hz, allowable voltage fluctuation minus 15% to plus 10%. Independent single-phase AC200V supplies control power circuit separately.
Rated continuous output current is 9.7Arms, 150% overload current can sustain continuous 60 seconds and 300% instantaneous peak overload limited within 3 seconds.
DC bus nominal working voltage keeps DC280V~320V, terminals P and BN reserve external regenerative braking resistor wiring position for frequent deceleration load occasion.
Modulation mode is IGBT sine wave PWM, maximum output frequency 300Hz, protection grade IP20 only for cabinet vertical installation, unit net weight around 3.4kg.

3.Y16 Custom Exclusive Features

All core motion parameters including speed loop gain, position loop gain, acceleration/deceleration time and electronic gear ratio are pre-written and locked by factory for specific machine spindle or feed axis matching, users cannot change these core settings through front panel operation or serial communication software.
CN1 terminal I/O pin definition is fixed according to original CNC host signal requirement, partial I/O function definition differs from standard AF common version, do not replace with ordinary CACR-SR15BB1AF directly without parameter correction.
Encoder matching is locked for designated pulse count servo motor, only matched original factory motor can run normally, switching different pulse specification motor will trigger encoder abnormal alarm directly.
Partial special protection threshold is customized for original equipment operating condition, overheat and overload protection trigger value differs from general standard model.

4.Installation & Environmental Rules

Operating ambient temperature range 0℃~+55℃, storage temperature minus 20℃~+70℃, working environment humidity 5%~80%RH without dew condensation. When installation height exceeds 1000 meters above sea level, proper derate output load to avoid overheat protection.
Anti-vibration requirement is 10~55Hz vibration frequency with single amplitude 0.5mm, reserve over 50mm empty space at top and bottom of servo drive for heat dissipation ventilation during cabinet installation.
All wiring operation must cut off total power and wait over 15 minutes to finish internal capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock accident, never hot plug CN1 and CN2 connectors under powered status.

5.Terminal & Connector Definition

R/S/T three terminals connect three-phase industrial AC input power, U/V/W terminals connect servo motor three-phase power cable.
P and BN terminals connect external braking resistor for energy consumption during rapid stop or heavy load deceleration.
CN1 is optocoupler isolation digital input/output interface with Y16 fixed factory signal assignment, I/O function cannot be redefined by modifying internal parameters.
CN2 is exclusive incremental encoder feedback port fixed for matched original motor, mismatched feedback cable or motor model will cause continuous alarm.
Front single digit seven-segment LED displays real-time running status and all fault codes same as standard series specification.

6.Control Mode Instruction

Default factory setting is analog speed control mode matching original CNC analog ±10V speed command, pulse position mode can only be enabled after professional factory parameter unlocking modification which ordinary users cannot operate independently.
Built-in digital resonance suppression filter parameter is solidified for original machine mechanical structure, manual filter parameter adjustment is forbidden to avoid mechanical oscillation and abnormal vibration.
Auto-tuning function is partially restricted under Y16 version, full motor parameter auto tuning is unavailable; only partial minor current parameter fine tuning can be done on site.
Onboard RS422 serial port supports running data reading and fault history checking, but forbids uploading and rewriting locked core parameters.

7.Full Protection Functions

Complete protection items include output overcurrent, DC bus overvoltage, DC bus undervoltage, drive internal overheat, encoder breakage, motor overload and CPU operation abnormal protection, recent ten groups of fault information will be automatically stored inside drive memory without data loss after power off.
Internal dynamic brake circuit is reserved, external regenerative resistor installation is mandatory when equipment runs frequent emergency stop and heavy cyclic load to eliminate deceleration overvoltage fault.

8.Replacement & Maintenance Guidance

Direct interchange only supports same complete model CACR-SR15BB1AF-Y16; ordinary CACR-SR15BB1AF non-Y suffix standard drive cannot directly substitute because of parameter mismatch and fixed I/O definition difference, replacement needs professional factory to write Y16 custom firmware again.
Regular maintenance needs to check power wiring tightness and connector fixation every equipment startup, clean radiator dust every three to six months to guarantee heat dissipation effect and prevent unexpected overheat shutdown.
Full factory parameter reset operation will erase Y16 customized fixed data and lead to equipment malfunction, reset function is strictly prohibited for this Y16 customized servo.

9.Common Fault Troubleshooting

Overheat alarm mostly caused by radiator dust blockage, poor cabinet ventilation or long-term overload running; solve via cleaning cooling structure and reduce actual working load.
Encoder fault arises from loose CN2 connector, damaged feedback cable or unmatched non-original motor, check wiring and replace with matched designated motor only.
Deceleration overvoltage alarm needs install external braking resistor between P and BN terminals to consume excess regenerative energy.
Parameter write error alarm on Y16 version mostly comes from illegal parameter modification operation, recover original factory locked setting by manufacturer professional setup only.
Overload alarm is triggered by mechanical transmission clamping stagnation or excess payload, inspect mechanical structure and reduce equipment load accordingly.

10.Fault Code Brief Description

1 stands for output overcurrent fault, 2 means main circuit hardware abnormal, 3 is DC bus overvoltage, 4 is DC bus undervoltage, 5 refers to drive overheat, 6 is encoder disconnection error,7 is motor overload protection, A represents CPU operation failure, B is parameter matching error, C is external emergency stop signal input triggered.
