9. Common Troubleshooting
Overheat alarm: blocked cooling fin / poor cabinet ventilation / continuous overload → clean cooling or reduce running load
Encoder error: loose CN2 plug / broken feedback cable → check wiring & motor encoder matching
Deceleration overvoltage: mount external brake resistor between P & BN terminals
Parameter modification failed: hardware damage (standard AF allows full parameter edit normally)
Overload alarm: mechanical jamming or excessive payload → inspect transmission mechanism
