6. BUILT-IN PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

7. REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTION
CACR-SR12TZ9SM-Y01 is exclusive Y01 OEM customized servo drive. Standard CACR-SR12TB series or non-Y01 TZ models cannot be directly substituted due to different encoder circuit, fixed I/O definition and locked customized parameters. Only identical full part number CACR-SR12TZ9SM-Y01 supports plug-and-play replacement.
8. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE GUIDE
Check tightness of power cables, CN1 and CN2 connectors before each startup to prevent poor-contact induced faults. Clean radiator cooling fin dust every 3~6 months to ensure heat dissipation and avoid overheat shutdown.Cut off all AC input power and wait at least 15 minutes for full discharge of internal DC bus capacitor before opening drive housing for maintenance to prevent electric shock hazard. Random full factory parameter initialization is prohibited.
9. COMMON FAULT TROUBLESHOOTING
Overheat alarm: Clogged radiator dust, poor cabinet ventilation or continuous overloaded operation → clean cooling system or reduce working load.Encoder fault alarm: Loose CN2 plug, damaged feedback cable or mismatched SM dedicated motor → check wiring and motor matching status.Overvoltage alarm during rapid deceleration: Add external regenerative braking resistor across P & BN terminals.Parameter write failure: Attempting to modify Y01 firmware-locked core parameters (normal software protection, not hardware defect).Overload alarm: Mechanical transmission jamming or excessive payload → inspect mechanical structure and cut down operating load.
