6. FULL PROTECTION FUNCTION LIST

  • Internal dynamic brake circuit integrated for normal deceleration; external regenerative resistor must be fitted between P-BN for heavy-duty cyclic operation and frequent emergency stop

7. REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTION

CACR-SR12TZ6SF is exclusive OEM customized model, cannot be replaced directly by standard CACR-SR12TBxx series / TZ0SM model:
  1. CN2 encoder circuit is SF dedicated design, mismatched drive will cause encoder alarm or motor runaway

  2. Z+6+SF locked factory application parameters, universal standard drive reset leads to equipment malfunction

  3. Only identical part number CACR-SR12TZ6SF supports plug-and-play replacement

8. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE REGULATION

  1. Pre-power-on inspection: fasten RST/UVW power cables, CN1/CN2 connector terminals to eliminate poor contact failure

  2. Clean radiator cooling fin dust every 3~6 months to avoid overheat shutdown caused by poor heat dissipation

  3. Cut all AC input power and wait ≥15 minutes for internal DC bus capacitor full discharge before opening drive cover for maintenance (prevent electric shock hazard)

  4. Strictly prohibit full parameter factory initialization operation on site

9. COMMON FAULT DIAGNOSIS

  1. Overheat Alarm: radiator dust blocking / cabinet ventilation poor / continuous overloaded → clean cooling system or reduce operating load

  2. Encoder Fault Alarm: loose CN2 plug / damaged feedback cable / mismatched SF dedicated motor → check wiring and motor model matching

  3. Overvoltage during rapid deceleration: add external braking resistor between P & BN terminals

  4. Parameter Write Failure: trying to modify Z/SF locked OEM core parameters (firmware lock, no hardware breakdown)

  5. Overload Alarm: mechanical transmission stuck / excessive load → inspect mechanical structure and cut down load
