8. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE RULES
Pre-start inspection: fasten RST/UVW power cables, CN1/CN2 connector terminals to avoid loose wiring alarms
Clean radiator fin dust every 3~6 months to prevent overheat shutdown
Cut all AC input power, wait ≥15min for DC bus capacitor full discharge before opening drive housing for maintenance (anti-electric shock)
Strictly prohibit full parameter factory initialization; only adjust editable common parameters on site
9. COMMON FAULT & TROUBLESHOOTING
Overheat Alarm: radiator dust clogging / poor cabinet ventilation / long-term overload → clean cooling system or reduce load
Encoder Error: loose CN2 plug / damaged feedback cable / mismatched SM dedicated motor → check wiring and matching motor model
Deceleration Overvoltage: install external braking resistor between P & BN terminals
Parameter Write Fail: trying to modify Z/SM OEM locked core parameters (firmware protection, no hardware fault)
Overload Alarm: mechanical transmission jamming / excessive load → inspect mechanical structure and reduce operating load
