8. Routine Maintenance

  1. Check all power & CN1/CN2 wiring tightness before startup

  2. Clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to avoid overheat alarm

  3. Cut all power and wait ≥15min for DC capacitor full discharge before opening casing for maintenance; forbidden full factory parameter reset (F-version fixed data will be lost)

9. Common Fault Troubleshooting

  • OH Overheat: blocked radiator dust / poor cabinet ventilation / long-term overload

  • PG Fault: loose CN2 plug, damaged encoder cable

  • OV Overvoltage: frequent heavy-load quick deceleration → install external brake resistor at P-BN

  • Parameter write failure: trying to edit F-locked core parameters (firmware protection, not hardware failure)
