7. REPLACEMENT GUIDANCE
CACR-SR10SB1AFG cannot directly replace pure AF locked F-version due to open G firmware difference; interchangeable with same part number CACR-SR10SB1AFG after simple parameter fine-tuning. OEM customized Y-suffix models are not interchangeable directly.
8. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
Check tightness of all power wiring and CN1/CN2 plugs before startup; clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to avoid overheat shutdown.Cut all AC supply and wait minimum 15 minutes for internal capacitor full discharge before casing opening maintenance to prevent electric shock. Full factory parameter reset is permitted for FG model with parameter backup recommended in advance.
9. COMMON FAULT DIAGNOSIS
Overheat alarm: radiator dust accumulation, poor cabinet ventilation or continuous overload operation.Encoder error: loose CN2 connector or damaged feedback cable.Overvoltage during frequent fast deceleration: add external regenerative resistor on P-BN terminals.Parameter modification failure only occurs on few core protection parameters, which belongs to factory protection instead of hardware fault; overload alarm comes from mechanical jamming or excessive cutting load.
