2. ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Main circuit input: three-phase AC200V~230V, permissible voltage fluctuation -15%~+10%, compatible with 50Hz and 60Hz industrial power grid. Independent single-phase AC200~230V control power must be wired separately to isolate main circuit power interference.
Continuous rated output current is 7.6Arms; 150% overload can keep continuous operation for 60 seconds, 300% instantaneous peak overload is restricted within 3 seconds for motor startup acceleration. Normal DC bus operating voltage ranges DC280V~DC320V; terminals P and BN are reserved for external regenerative braking resistor connection under frequent heavy-load rapid deceleration.
The driver adopts IGBT sine-wave PWM modulation with maximum output frequency up to 300Hz, encoder matching parameters are pre-set and locked by Y8 customized program.

4. CONTROL PERFORMANCE AND FUNCTIONS

Speed adjustment ratio reaches 1:5000, full-load steady speed deviation controlled within ±0.01%. Built-in digital notch filter suppresses mechanical resonance and low-speed crawling during repeated start-stop cycles.

6. PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

Complete built-in protection covers overcurrent protection, DC bus overvoltage/undervoltage protection, drive overheat protection, encoder disconnection protection and motor overload protection. The servo automatically stores latest 10 groups of historical fault codes for maintenance inspection; Y8 OEM preset parameters will not be erased after power-off or fault reset.
Built-in standard dynamic braking circuit handles regular deceleration energy dissipation; external regenerative resistor must be installed between P and BN terminals under long-time heavy cutting and repeated emergency stop working conditions.

7. REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTION

CACR-SR10BZ1SF-Y8 is dedicated OEM customized drive exclusively matched with designated CNC equipment and corresponding 1.0kW servo motor with incremental or absolute encoder. Standard CACR-SR10BZ1SF without Y8 suffix cannot directly replace this unit due to mismatched locked customized parameters and fixed I/O definition; only identical full part number CACR-SR10BZ1SF-Y8 supports plug-and-play replacement.

8. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Check tightness of power cables, motor cable and CN1/CN2 connectors before every startup to avoid poor-contact-caused faults. Clean radiator fin dust every 3~6 months to guarantee heat dissipation and prevent overheat alarm.
Cut off all AC power supply and wait over 15 minutes for full discharge of internal DC bus capacitor before opening drive housing for maintenance to avoid electric shock hazard. Random full factory parameter reset is strictly forbidden to prevent loss of Y8 customized data and subsequent machine abnormal operation.

9. COMMON FAULT TROUBLESHOOTING

Overheat alarm mainly results from radiator dust clogging, poor cabinet ventilation or long-term overloaded running. Encoder fault mostly comes from loose CN2 plug, damaged feedback cable or unauthorized modification of locked encoder parameters under Y8 firmware restriction.
Overvoltage alarm occurs during frequent heavy-load rapid deceleration; solve by installing external regenerative resistor between P and BN terminals. Parameter write failure while modifying Y8 locked core parameters is normal OEM anti-tamper protection instead of hardware damage. Overload alarm triggers when actual mechanical load exceeds motor rated output; inspect stuck transmission structure or reduce machining load accordingly.
