8. MAINTENANCE & FAULT CHECK
Power off ≥15min to discharge internal capacitor before cabinet disassembly for maintenance to avoid electric shock
Clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to prevent overheat alarm
Full factory parameter initialization is allowed on G-E model (prohibited on C/OEM customized models)
Common alarms:
• Overheat: blocked radiator dust / poor cabinet ventilation / long-term overload
• Encoder error: loose CN2 plug / damaged encoder cable / mismatched incremental encoder spec
