8. MAINTENANCE GUIDE

  1. Cut all AC power and wait ≥15min for capacitor full discharge before disassembly to avoid electric shock.

  2. Clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to prevent overheat alarm.

  3. Full factory parameter reset is permitted for -E model (prohibited on -C OEM version).

9. COMMON FAULT DIAGNOSIS

  • Overheat: Radiator clogging, poor cabinet ventilation, continuous overload.

  • Encoder Alarm: Loose CN2 connector, damaged feedback cable, mismatched incremental encoder spec.

  • Overvoltage: Frequent heavy-load fast deceleration → add external brake resistor between P & BN.
