7. REPLACEMENT NOTE (KEY FOR Y72)

CACR-SR10BE12G-Y72 is dedicated OEM customized drive, cannot directly replaced by ordinary CACR-SR10BE12G or -E standard model: Y72 has locked fixed I/O program and factory pre-set machine matching parameters, ordinary general drive needs full parameter rewrite and I/O logic modification before replacement; only identical full part number CACR-SR10BE12G-Y72 supports plug-and-play substitution.

8. DAILY MAINTENANCE RULES

Check tightness of R/S/T, U/V/W power wiring and CN1/CN2 plugs before startup to avoid poor contact induced alarms; clean radiator fin dust every 3~6 months to guarantee heat dissipation and prevent overheat shutdown
Cut all AC power and wait minimum 15 minutes for internal DC capacitor full discharge before opening casing maintenance to avoid electric shock; backup all adjustable user parameters before factory reset, random full parameter reset will restore Y72 OEM locked default setting and cause machine abnormal operation.

9. COMMON FAULT TROUBLESHOOTING

Overheat alarm: radiator dust blockage, cabinet poor ventilation or long-term overloaded running; encoder fault: loose CN2 connector, damaged feedback cable or mismatched encoder type against original Y72 machine setting
Overvoltage during frequent fast deceleration: fit external regenerative resistor on P-BN terminals; parameter writing failure: user tries to modify Y72 OEM locked I/O and customized function parameters (firmware protection instead of hardware fault); overload alarm: mechanical transmission jamming or excess cutting load, inspect mechanical blocking status accordingly.
