Description

1. MODEL CODE EXPLANATION

CACR stands for Yasnac VS800 full digital AC servo drive developed for CNC machine feed axis control.

2. ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS

Main power input is three-phase AC200V~230V, voltage tolerance -15% to +10%, compatible with 50Hz and 60Hz power grid. Separate single-phase AC200V control power must be wired independently to avoid main circuit voltage fluctuation interference.
Continuous rated output current is 5Arms; 150% overload runs for 60 seconds continuously, peak 300% overload limited within 3 seconds for motor startup acceleration. DC bus working voltage between DC280V~DC320V, P and BN terminals reserved for external regeneration braking resistor connection for frequent high-speed deceleration working condition.
Adopts IGBT sine wave PWM drive, maximum output frequency 300Hz, matching incremental encoder supports 1500P/R or 2500P/R two factory preset resolution options under Y262 program.

3. INSTALLATION & ENVIRONMENT CONDITION

Allowable working ambient temperature 0℃~+55℃, storage temperature -20℃~+70℃; operating environment humidity 5%~80%RH without dew accumulation, protection grade IP20, must be vertically installed inside electrical cabinet.
Valid installation altitude below 1000 meters above sea level, need power derating for installation over 1000m height. Anti-vibration standard: 10~55Hz with 0.5mm single amplitude during stable operation, unit net weight around 2.3kg.

4. CONTROL FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Speed adjustment ratio reaches 1:5000, full load speed fluctuation controlled within ±0.01%. Built-in digital notch filter to eliminate mechanical resonance and low-speed crawling during frequent start-stop.
KS hardware supports both ±10V analog command and differential pulse position command input, different from AF model which cancels pulse input circuit; Y262 firmware locks partial gain parameters but allows fine adjustment of position loop gain within limited range, complete automatic motor parameter identification function partially restricted, only small-range manual gain trimming available on site.
CN2 feedback port fixed to match OEM designated incremental servo motor encoder, serial RS422 communication only supports reading runtime data and fault records, locked core parameters cannot be modified via communication port.

5. TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR DEFINITION

R/S/T are three-phase main AC power input terminals; U/V/W connect three-phase servo motor power cable; P/BN used for external braking resistor wiring.
CN1 is optically isolated digital input/output connector with fixed OEM I/O definition under Y262 program, input and output signal allocation cannot be modified freely via parameters. CN2 is exclusive encoder feedback socket for motor position feedback cable connection.

6. FULL PROTECTION FUNCTION

Standard protection items include overcurrent, DC bus overvoltage/undervoltage, drive overheat, encoder disconnection and motor overload protection. The drive automatically saves latest 10 groups of historical fault codes for maintenance check, OEM preset parameters will not be cleared after power cut or fault reset.
Built-in standard dynamic braking circuit for regular deceleration energy consumption; external braking resistor must be added between P and BN for heavy load repeated emergency stop working scenario.

7. REPLACEMENT & MAINTENANCE NOTE

Only full part number CACR-SR10BC1KS-Y262 can realize direct replacement, ordinary CACR-SR10BC1KS without Y262 suffix cannot substitute directly due to mismatched locked OEM parameters, which will cause abnormal speed or positioning error.
Before power-on inspection, check tightness of power cable, motor cable and encoder connector; clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to avoid overheat alarm. Cut off all power and wait over 15 minutes for internal capacitor discharge before opening shell maintenance to prevent electric shock. Forbidden to execute full factory parameter reset to avoid loss of Y262 customized machine parameters.

8. COMMON FAULT JUDGEMENT

Overheat alarm mostly caused by radiator dust blockage or cabinet poor ventilation; encoder fault mainly from loose CN2 plug, damaged feedback wire; overvoltage alarm during frequent rapid deceleration can be solved by installing external regeneration resistor; parameter modification failure occurs when trying to revise Y262 locked parameters, which belongs to OEM protection instead of hardware breakdown.
