Description

1. MODEL CODE EXPLANATION

CACR is the Yasnac VS800 full-digital AC Servopack series for CNC machine feed axis control.
SR supports three switchable control modes: position, analog speed and torque via internal parameter setting.
10 = rated matched servo motor power 1.0kW, nominal continuous output current 5.3Arms.
BB = standard mainboard and standard casing without general hardware modification.

2. ELECTRICAL RATINGS

Main circuit input: three-phase AC200V~230V, allowable voltage deviation -15%~+10%, applicable for 50Hz/60Hz industrial power grid. Auxiliary control power requires separate single-phase AC200V~230V independent wiring to isolate power interference from main power circuit.
Continuous rated output current:5.3Arms; 150% overload sustainable for 60s, 300% peak overload limited within 3s for rapid acceleration operation. DC bus rated working voltage DC280V~DC320V; terminals P and BN are reserved for external regenerative braking resistor connection under frequent heavy-load deceleration working condition.
Adopts IGBT sine-wave PWM modulation, maximum output frequency up to 300Hz; encoder resolution is permanently locked at 2500PPR by Y37 customized firmware, manual modification of encoder parameter will trigger encoder mismatch alarm directly.

3. ENVIRONMENT & INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT

Allowable operating ambient temperature:0℃~+55℃; storage ambient temperature:-20℃~+70℃. Operating environment relative humidity:5%~80%RH without dew condensation; enclosure protection grade IP20, must be vertically upright installed inside electric control cabinet.
Max allowable installation altitude below 1000m above sea level; derated operation is required when mounting height exceeds 1000m. Anti-vibration standard:10Hz~55Hz with 0.5mm single amplitude during continuous running; net weight approx 2.36kg.

4. CONTROL PERFORMANCE & FUNCTION

Speed adjustment ratio reaches 1:5000, full-load steady speed fluctuation within ±0.01%. Built-in digital notch filter restrains mechanical resonance and low-speed crawl during frequent start-stop movement.
Dual-input S-type hardware allows switching between analog speed command and differential pulse position command via editable non-locked auxiliary parameters; three control modes can also be switched within available adjustable parameter range.
Auto-tuning function is partially locked under Y37 custom program: full automatic motor parameter identification is disabled, only minor fine-tuning of gain parameters is available for field slight mechanical matching; CN2 feedback port is fixed for 2500PPR incremental encoder of matched S-series 1.0kW servo motor.

5. TERMINAL & INTERFACE DEFINITION

R/S/T terminals: three-phase main AC power input; U/V/W terminals: three-phase power output connected to servo motor main cable; P/BN terminals: external regenerative braking resistor wiring terminals for regenerative energy consumption during fast deceleration.
CN1: optically isolated digital I/O terminal block with 8 input points and 6 relay output points; all I/O signal logic is preset by Y37 OEM program matching original CNC system, most signal definition cannot be redefined freely via parameter modification.
CN2: exclusive connector for incremental encoder feedback cable (fixed 2500PPR); onboard RS422 serial port follows Yaskawa private communication protocol, supports real-time data reading and fault code inquiry, locked core parameters cannot be written or modified via communication cable.

6. PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

Built-in standard dynamic braking circuit handles regular deceleration energy dissipation; external regenerative resistor needs to be added between P and BN terminals for continuous heavy cutting and repeated emergency stop working scene. Independent high-speed and low-speed gain parameter groups are pre-set by Y37 factory for original machine dynamic characteristic matching.
Complete protection items include overcurrent protection, DC bus overvoltage/undervoltage protection, drive overheat protection, encoder connection breakage protection and motor overload protection. The servo automatically stores latest 10 groups of historical fault codes for maintenance checking; Y37 custom preset parameters will not be cleared after fault reset or power cut-off operation.

7. REPLACEMENT & APPLICATION GUIDANCE

CACR-SR10BB1CS-Y37 is OEM exclusive customized servo driver matched with designated CNC machine tool and corresponding 1.0kW S-series 2500PPR servo motor. It cannot be directly replaced with standard CACR-SR10BB1CS without Y37 suffix; different locked firmware and preset machine parameters will lead to positioning offset, abnormal speed or continuous alarm failure. Replacement must adopt identical full part number CACR-SR10BB1CS-Y37 to ensure plug-and-run consistency.

8. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION

Check tightening condition of all power cable, motor cable and CN2 encoder connector before every startup to avoid poor contact induced fault. Clean radiator fin dust every 3~6 months to guarantee heat dissipation and prevent overheat alarm.
Cut off all AC input power and wait more than 15 minutes for internal DC bus capacitor full discharge before disassembling drive cover for inspection or maintenance to prevent electric shock hazard. Stop long-time continuous operation once cabinet inner temperature exceeds 55℃. Do not execute full parameter factory reset arbitrarily; improper reset will erase Y37 OEM preset data and cause machine malfunction.

9. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

Overheat alarm is mainly caused by radiator dust blockage, poor cabinet ventilation or long-term overloaded operation. Encoder fault alarm mostly comes from loose CN2 plug, damaged feedback cable or unauthorized modification of fixed 2500PPR encoder parameter under locked firmware restriction.
Overvoltage alarm occurs under frequent heavy-load quick deceleration; solve via installing external regenerative resistor between P and BN terminals. Parameter write failure when modifying Y37 locked core parameters belongs to normal OEM protection design instead of driver breakdown. Overload alarm triggers when actual mechanical load exceeds motor rated output; check transmission mechanism jamming or reduce processing load accordingly.
