8. Maintenance Instructions
Check tightness of power, motor and encoder wiring before power-on; arbitrary parameter modification and factory reset are permitted for equipment debugging.Keep cabinet well ventilated and stop continuous running if inner cabinet temperature exceeds 55℃.Cut off main AC power and wait over 15 minutes for full DC bus capacitor discharge before opening cover for maintenance to avoid electric shock risk; clean heatsink dust every 3~6 months.
9. Basic Troubleshooting
Overheat alarm is caused by blocked heatsink, high ambient temperature or long-term overload operation.Encoder fault originates from loose CN2 connector or damaged feedback cable.Overvoltage during frequent heavy deceleration can be fixed by installing external regenerative resistor on P/N terminals.Parameter write failure rarely occurs for BS model as all parameters are fully unlocked.
