8.Routine Maintenance Rules

Check tightness of power cable, motor cable and CN2 encoder connector before power-on; locked Y114 core parameters cannot be modified without machine manufacturer authorization.
Ensure electrical cabinet ventilation unobstructed during operation; stop continuous operation if inner cabinet temperature exceeds 55℃.
Cut off main AC supply and wait more than 15 minutes for DC bus capacitor complete discharge before opening drive cover to avoid electric shock hazard; clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to prevent overheat alarm.

9.Common Fault Troubleshooting

Overheat alarm: blocked radiator dust, overhigh cabinet ambient temperature or long-term continuous overload operation.
Encoder error alarm: loose CN2 plug or damaged encoder feedback cable.
Overvoltage alarm during frequent fast heavy deceleration: add external regenerative resistor on P/BN terminals.
Parameter modification failure alarm: caused by Y114 OEM parameter write protection, locked items cannot be rewritten.
