This AM general-purpose universal servo can replace CACR-SR10BB1AF standard version, but cannot directly substitute Y8/Y114 customized suffix drive due to fixed OEM parameter lock and I/O definition difference.Mainly used for ordinary CNC machine transformation, automation equipment retrofitting and general 1kW feed axis matching. Replacement allows standard 1kW Yaskawa VS series servo motor without special customized motor restriction.

8.Routine Maintenance Guidance

Check tightness of power cable, motor cable and encoder connector before power-on; random parameter modification and full factory reset are permitted for equipment debugging.Ensure cabinet ventilation unblocked during operation; stop continuous running when inner cabinet temperature exceeds 55℃.Cut off main AC power and wait over 15 minutes for DC bus capacitor full discharge before opening drive cover to avoid electric shock hazard. Clean radiator dust every 3~6 months to prevent overheat alarm.

9.Common Troubleshooting

Overheat alarm: clogged radiator dust, high cabinet ambient temperature or long-term continuous overload.Encoder fault alarm: loose CN2 plug or damaged feedback cable.Overvoltage alarm during frequent rapid heavy-load deceleration: install external regenerative resistor on P/BN terminals.No parameter write-protect alarm inherently for AM model; parameter lock alert only occurs on F/Y suffix customized drives.
