8. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Check all power, motor and encoder wiring for loose connection or short circuit before power-on. Avoid unauthorized change of locked factory parameters. Ensure good cabinet ventilation; stop long-running if inner temperature exceeds 55℃ and avoid frequent power cycling within short intervals.
Periodic maintenance every 3~6 months: clean heatsink dust and retighten terminal screws. Cut off main power and wait over 15 minutes for full DC capacitor discharge before cabinet disassembly to prevent electric shock.
Overheat alarm mainly results from blocked heatsink, high ambient temperature or continuous overload; encoder fault is commonly caused by loose CN2 plug or damaged feedback cable; overvoltage during frequent heavy deceleration can be solved by installing external regenerative resistor on P/N terminals.
