7. Application & Maintenance

Designed as OEM custom servo drive matching standard 0.7kW Yaskawa incremental servo motor for dedicated CNC equipment and fixed automation production lines; replacement requires identical full part number CACR-SR07BB1AM-Y15 only.
Power-on pre-check: tighten all power, motor and encoder wiring to eliminate loose connection & short circuit.
Cut off main AC supply and wait ≥15min for DC bus capacitor full discharge before opening cover for internal maintenance to prevent electric shock.
Periodic maintenance every 3~6 months: clean heatsink dust, retighten terminal screws, inspect cable insulation aging.
Immediate power off on continuous alarm; check motor, wiring and mechanical jamming before restarting machine.

8. Basic Troubleshooting

Overheat alarm: clogged heat sink, high cabinet ambient temperature or long-term overload running.
Encoder error: loose CN2 connector or damaged encoder feedback cable.
Overvoltage alarm under frequent rapid heavy deceleration: mount external brake resistor on P/N terminals.
