8. Operation & Periodic Maintenance

Pre-power-on Check

Verify power cable, encoder wire and CN1 I/O wiring to eliminate short-circuit or misconnection risk.

Running Requirement

Keep cabinet ventilation unobstructed; avoid long-time continuous operation above +55℃ ambient temperature.

Maintenance Cycle (3~6 months)

  1. Tighten all terminal screws, clean radiator dust accumulation

  2. Cut main power and wait minimum 15 minutes for internal DC capacitor full discharge before opening casing to prevent electric shock

9. Common Fault Troubleshooting

  1. Overheat Alarm: Clogged heat sink, overhigh cabinet ambient temp or continuous overload operation

  2. Encoder Error Alarm: Loose CN2 connector pin or damaged incremental feedback cable

  3. Regeneration Overvoltage Alarm: Frequent rapid deceleration under heavy load; install external braking resistor between P and N terminals
