7. Application & Operation Notice

This Y187 custom servo is exclusively tailored for old model CNC machine feed axis with analog voltage control, cannot directly replace non-Y suffix standard CACR-SR05SB1AF due to different I/O logic and preset parameters. Before power-on, check power cable, encoder wire and signal terminal tightness to avoid short circuit or wrong wiring. Keep cabinet ventilation unblocked during operation, prohibit long time continuous running above 55℃ ambient temperature. When replacing spare drive, must select identical Y187 suffix model to guarantee normal machine operation.

8. Daily Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Inspect terminal tightness and radiator dust accumulation every 3 to 6 months; cut off main power and wait minimum 15 minutes for internal capacitor full discharge before disassembling maintenance to prevent electric shock. Overheat alarm mainly caused by blocked radiator or overhigh cabinet temperature; encoder error mostly from loose CN2 plug or broken feedback cable; overvoltage alarm under frequent rapid deceleration needs external brake resistor fitted on P/N terminals.
