Description

1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

CACR-SR05BY1SF-C is Yaskawa CACR-SR series all-digital AC servo amplifier, rated power 0.5kW, Yasnac CNC customized dedicated model, natural convection cooling (no built-in fan), standard DIN rail mounting, exclusively matched Yasnac F-series servo motor, factory fixed special firmware & customized I/O definition for Yasnac CNC system; suffix C = OEM customized locked parameter version.

Model Code Definition

  • CACR:AC Servopack digital servo driver series

  • SR:Universal 3-mode (Position/Speed/Torque) control platform

  • 05:Rated output power 500W

  • BY:Natural heat sink cooling, analog ±10V + pulse dual command input, standard CNC IO base circuit

  • 1SF:Fixed special program, exclusive IO pin definition for Yasnac F-series CNC

  • C:Custom OEM locked version, factory preset parameters non-editable normally

2. ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Power Input Rating

  • Main power: Single/3-phase AC200~230V, tolerance -15%~+10%, 50/60Hz

  • Independent control power: Single-phase AC200~230V

  • Continuous rated output current:4.2Arms; Peak output current:11.0Arms, 150% overload sustainable for 3s

  • Drive mode: IGBT full sine-wave PWM three-phase output

Ambient & Cooling Condition

  • Cooling type: Passive natural heat sink cooling (no internal fan, differ from BE fan-cool type)

  • Operating ambient temp:0℃~55℃; Storage temperature:-20℃~85℃

  • Humidity:20%~90%RH, non-condensing; Protection grade IP20, indoor cabinet installation only

Encoder Feedback

CN2 encoder port supports incremental encoder (standard 8192ppr for Yasnac original motor), factory fixed encoder matching parameters for 1SF-C variant, forbidden arbitrary parameter modification.

3. TERMINAL & CONNECTOR DESCRIPTION

Main Circuit Terminal Block

  • R/S/T: Main AC input power terminals

  • U/V/W: Three-phase output wiring to servo motor

  • P/N: External dynamic brake resistor connection terminals

  • PE: Protective earth terminal (mandatory grounding)

Control Connectors

  1. CN1 (Control I/O, 1SF customized pinout for Yasnac CNC)

Includes servo enable, alarm reset, forward/reverse overtravel inhibit, ±10V analog speed input, open-collector/line driver pulse position command input, fault relay dry contact output; IO wiring fixed matching original Yasnac machine schematic.

  2. CN2 (Encoder feedback port): Connect motor encoder cable for rotor closed-loop position feedback.

4. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT

  1. Vertical DIN rail mounting inside electrical cabinet, reserve ≥6cm top/bottom clearance for passive heat dissipation (no fan, larger gap required vs fan-cooled BE model).

  2. Separate high-power motor cable and low-signal encoder cable in different wiring duct to reduce EMI interference.

  3. Avoid installation beside heat-generating components (transformer, contactor) to prevent overheating alarm.

5. PARAMETER SPECIFICATION (1SF-C Factory Locked Default for Yasnac CNC)

  • Pn00 Control mode select: Factory preset=0 (Position mode for CNC feed axis); 1=Speed mode;2=Torque mode

  • Pn01 Motor rated current: Pre-calibrated for matching Yasnac 0.5kW servo motor

  • Pn10 Position loop proportional gain; Pn11 Speed loop P gain; Pn12 Speed loop I gain: Pre-optimized for Yasnac machine mechanical characteristic

  • Pn20 Electronic gear ratio: Fixed value matching Yasnac screw pitch parameter

Important: Core customized parameters are factory locked on "-C" version, unauthorized parameter modification will cause axis positioning failure.

6. ALARM CODE & FAULT DIAGNOSIS

  1. ALM1 Overcurrent: U/V/W motor cable short, motor winding damage, internal power module breakdown

  2. ALM2 Overvoltage: Input voltage out of range or insufficient external regenerative resistor during rapid deceleration

  3. ALM3 Overheat: Poor cabinet ventilation, ambient over-temperature or long-time continuous overload (passive cooling more sensitive to high ambient)

  4. ALM4 Encoder error: CN2 loose plug, broken encoder cable or encoder hardware failure

  5. Special Yasnac CNC communication alarm: Abnormal signal between driver and Yasnac host, check CN1 IO wiring consistency

7. SAFETY WARNINGS

  1. Cut off main & control power, wait ≥10min for internal capacitor residual high voltage fully discharged before disassembling drive cover for maintenance.

  2. Never hot-plug CN1/CN2 connectors under powered status to avoid control board burnout.

  3. CACR-SR05BY1SF-C cannot be replaced with standard BY/BE non-1SF non-C servo drive on original Yasnac equipment.
