2. Model Code Explanation

3. Electrical Specifications

Control power is supplied by independent isolated single-phase AC200V~230V power source separated from main power loop. 5. Core Y159 Customized Features

Different from unlocked standard CACR-SR05BC1CS, Y159 customized firmware locks core parameters including position loop gain, speed loop gain, electronic gear ratio and encoder setting values. Once users execute factory parameter reset, the drive automatically restores original fixed Y159 OEM preset data instead of universal default factory parameters. Only minor auxiliary parameters such as acceleration/deceleration time and fault output logic can be fine-tuned on site, while key motion parameters remain write-protected and non-editable. Full-range protective functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder disconnection and overload protection are reserved same as standard model, with front digital display showing unified fault codes for maintenance diagnosis. Direct substitution with non-Y standard BC1CS will trigger positioning deviation or continuous equipment alarm due to parameter mismatch.

6. Application Scope

It acts as exclusive original replacement spare part for aging Japanese CNC lathes and small machining centers originally equipped with VS-800 control system and Y159 parameter configuration. Not applicable for general equipment renovation because of permanently locked OEM parameter set.
