CACR-SR05BB1ES is a standard 0.5kW analog SERVOPACK in Yaskawa classic CACR-SR product line, developed to pair with YASNAC VS-800 analog CNC system for legacy Japanese CNC lathes and small processing equipment. 1. Product Overview
CACR-SR05BB1ES is a standard 0.5kW analog SERVOPACK in Yaskawa classic CACR-SR product line, developed to pair with YASNAC VS-800 analog CNC system for legacy Japanese CNC lathes and small processing equipment. Equipped with BB-version mainboard and unlocked universal firmware, this model allows full parameter modification and factory reset without fixed OEM parameter lock. It works with USAREM and USAGED-05 500W servo motors equipped with 1000P/R incremental encoders and executes three-loop closed-loop control of speed, position and torque through ±10VDC analog command from CNC controller.
2. Model Definition
CACR is the series code of Yaskawa AC servo amplifier. SR means analog control design with ±10VDC command input for VS-800 CNC. 05 stands for rated power 0.5kW. BB denotes exclusive BB-version PCB circuit different from BA, AY and AD boards. Digit 1 indicates CN2 port exclusively for 1000P/R incremental encoder. ES refers to standard matching specification for 1000PPR encoder motors with fully adjustable parameters.

Three-phase AC200V~230V (+10%/-15%, 50/60Hz) supplies main power, while control power adopts independent single-phase AC200V~230V. Rated continuous output current is 4.2Arms, peak overload current reaches 11.0Arms within 3 seconds. The driver uses IGBT sine-wave PWM circuit and natural air cooling with no built-in fan.CN1 receives ±10VDC speed/position command as well as torque limit, servo enable, fault reset and servo ready signal terminals. CN2 connects A/B/Z pulse of 1000P/R incremental encoder. Main terminal block includes ports for power input, motor output, external brake resistor and safety ground.

5. Main Features
All control parameters including loop gain and electronic gear ratio are freely adjustable to match various mechanical loads, differing from Y-suffix parameter-locked customized servos. Comprehensive protection includes overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder loss and overload protection, with fault codes shown on front digital display for troubleshooting. Consistent BB-series outline size facilitates on-site replacement among compatible standard BB models after parameter setup.
