5. Built-in Protection Functions
Complete multi-layer protection logic includes overcurrent protection, main circuit overvoltage/undervoltage protection, drive overheat protection, encoder signal disconnection alarm, continuous overload protection and regenerative resistor abnormal protection. Once fault triggers, front digital tube outputs corresponding alarm code for quick troubleshooting; common alarm code 1 stands for overcurrent failure, alarm code 2 represents main power circuit abnormal trip.

Mainly used for original spare replacement and maintenance of old Japanese CNC lathe, tapping machine and small machining center equipped with VS-800 numerical control system configured with 6000P/R pulse servo motor; also applicable to small precision automation equipment retrofitting requiring high-resolution encoder analog servo control. Cannot directly interchange with BB1AF model because of inconsistent encoder pulse count setting after parameter reset.
7. Parameter Feature Description
All gain parameters, electronic gear ratio, encoder resolution setting and acceleration/deceleration parameters are editable by users; after full factory reset operation, drive restores universal standard AM-type factory preset parameters instead of fixed OEM locked data, convenient for mechanical debugging and equipment modification.
