CACR stands for Yaskawa classic AC SERVOPACK servo amplifier product line. SR denotes triple-control analog configuration compatible with ±10VDC command input required by VS-800 CNC controller. 05 refers to rated output power of 0.5 kilowatts. BB represents specially designed BB revision printed circuit mainboard with independent power and control circuit differing from other board versions. Digit 1 indicates feedback channel exclusively built for 1000P/R incremental rotary encoder. AF is standard universal matching specification for corresponding USAREM and USAGED servo motors without factory parameter write protection.

3. Electrical Specifications

Main circuit power source is three-phase AC200V to 230V with voltage tolerance +10%/-15% and rated frequency 50/60Hz. Control circuit uses separate single-phase AC200V~230V independent power supply. Rated continuous output current reaches 4.2Arms and short-term peak overload current is 11.0Arms. The drive adopts IGBT sine-wave PWM driving topology.
CN1 connector receives ±10VDC analog speed or position command signals sent from VS-800 CNC controller, also reserved for analog speed reference and torque limit input signals. CN2 terminal serves as dedicated incremental encoder feedback interface to receive A/B/Z phase pulse signal from 1000PPR pulse generator. External wiring terminal block includes connections for brake resistor, fault alarm output, servo enable and reset digital input signals.

4. Environmental and Installation Specifications

The servo drive relies on natural air convection for heat dissipation without built-in cooling fan. Protection class is IP20 and installation is limited inside closed electrical cabinet only. Allowable operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 55℃, storage temperature covers -20℃ to 85℃. Working environment relative humidity shall not exceed 80%RH under non-condensing condition and free from corrosive gas, dust and liquid splash. Max permitted installation altitude is 1000 meters above sea level.
