1. Product Overview

CACR-SR05AB1ER-Y19 is a 0.5kW OEM locked customized SERVOPACK servo amplifier of Yaskawa classic CACR-SR series, exclusively matched with YASNAC VS-800 CNC controller, special firmware No.Y19 solidified for dedicated OEM lathe/bench CNC machine tool.
Hardware circuit is fully identical to standard CACR-SR05AB1ER (200V/500W), while suffix -Y19 stands for factory pre-locked parameter firmware: all gain, electronic gear ratio, stroke limit parameters are fixed by machine manufacturer, parameters cannot be initialized or modified arbitrarily; only same -Y19 model can be used for original equipment replacement, ordinary non-Y standard drive replacement will cause axis overtravel, positioning fault or servo runaway.
Matching motor: Yaskawa USAREM-05 series 500W servo motor with 1000P/R incremental PG encoder.
