CACR-SR05AA2AH-Y315 is a factory-locked OEM customized 0.5kW AC servo drive belonging to Yaskawa classic CACR-SR series, specially configured for YASNAC VS-800 CNC system and legacy Japanese CNC lathes and small machining centers represented by Toyoda machine tools. It is matched with 500W incremental encoder servo motors of Yaskawa USAREM series. Original mass production has been discontinued, and this model only serves as replacement spare part for maintenance and overhaul of aged CNC equipment. The suffix Y315 stands for exclusive pre-set locked OEM firmware developed for specific machine tool parameters.

CACR is the unified series prefix of Yaskawa AC SERVOPACK servo amplifier. SR indicates versatile control platform supporting speed, position and torque three adjustable control modes through internal parameter settings. 05 means rated output power of 0.5kW. AA represents standard mainboard with ±10VDC analog command input circuit designed for VS-800 CNC under AC200V voltage specification. Due to incremental encoder configuration, homing operation is necessary after each power restart, which differs from absolute encoder servo products. Standard CACR-SR05AA2AH without Y315 suffix cannot directly replace this unit unless corresponding parameter rewrite is completed.
