2. Model Code Explanation
CACR is the fixed series designation of Yaskawa AC SERVOPACK amplifier. SR represents a universal control platform supporting speed, position and torque three control modes. 05 means rated output power of 0.5kW. AA refers to standard mainboard with ±10VDC analog command input circuit designed for VS-800 CNC under AC200V voltage grade. Digit 2 indicates internal feedback circuit tailored for 1500P/R incremental rotary encoder. AH stands for standard terminal layout of this hardware version. CN1 connector receives ±10VDC analog speed and position command from VS-800 CNC controller, and CN2 feedback interface is only compatible with 1500P/R incremental encoders. All internal matching parameters of Y3 customized program are factory locked. Random parameter modification will easily lead to positioning deviation, motor runaway or zero point loss fault. Comprehensive built-in protection mechanisms cover overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder disconnection, overload and regenerative circuit abnormal protection to guarantee long-term stable running. Compact rack-mounted mechanical structure enables easy cabinet installation and rapid on-site spare replacement during equipment maintenance. Equipped with incremental encoder configuration, the machine needs to perform homing operation after each power cut, different from absolute encoder servo models. Due to unique Y3 fixed parameter setting, it cannot be directly replaced by non-Y suffix standard CACR-SR05AA2AH without parameter rewriting.
