CACR serves as the fixed series code of Yaskawa AC SERVOPACK amplifier. SR refers to multi-function control platform supporting speed, position and torque three optional control modes via internal parameter configuration. 03 represents rated output power of 0.3kW. TZ means dedicated mainboard with ±10VDC analog command input circuit tailored for VS-800 CNC system under AC200V voltage specification. Digit 9 indicates built-in signal processing circuit for ordinary incremental encoder, different from absolute encoder type marked with digit 6. SM stands for specially customized terminal layout and hardware circuit differing from standard SF version. Y01A is exclusive OEM firmware version, all core parameters including servo gain and electronic gear ratio are pre-calibrated and locked at factory.
3. Electrical Specifications
Main power input is three-phase AC200V~230V, 50/60Hz with voltage tolerance of +10%/-15%, and control power is independently fed by single-phase AC200V~230V. Rated continuous output current is 3.0Arms and instantaneous peak overload current reaches 8.5Arms to meet demands of fast acceleration and deceleration. CN1 port receives ±10VDC analog speed and position command from VS-800 CNC controller, and CN2 feedback interface is only compatible with incremental encoders instead of serial absolute encoders. The drive adopts natural air cooling and features IP20 protection grade which requires installation inside control cabinet only. Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 55℃, storage temperature ranges from -20℃ to 85℃, working relative humidity is no more than 80%RH without condensation, and maximum applicable installation altitude is below 1000 meters above sea level.

All internal matching parameters of Y01A firmware are factory locked, arbitrary parameter modification will trigger positioning error, motor runaway or origin loss fault. Comprehensive built-in protection functions cover overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder disconnection, overload and regenerative circuit malfunction to ensure stable long-term operation. Compact rack-mounted structure allows convenient cabinet installation and quick on-site replacement during equipment maintenance. As incremental encoder configuration, the machine needs homing operation after every power-on, which distinguishes it from TZ6xx absolute encoder series. Due to unique SM terminal definition and fixed Y01A program, it cannot be directly interchanged with TZ9SF-Y01A without wiring and parameter adjustment.
