All gain values and electronic gear ratio parameters under Y41 customized program are factory locked. Arbitrary parameter adjustment will cause positioning drift, origin loss or unexpected motor runaway. Complete protective functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder disconnection, overload and regenerative circuit malfunction protection to ensure reliable long-term operation. Compact rack-type structure facilitates quick installation and on-site spare replacement during equipment repair. The absolute encoder configuration retains machine zero point after power cut, removing repeated homing operation at power-on and improving processing stability. Due to unique Y41 fixed parameter setting and SS special wiring definition, it cannot be directly replaced by TZ6SM/TZ6SF non-Y suffix models without modification.
