It is matched with 300W servo motors of USAREM and USAGED series equipped with 15-bit absolute rotary encoders. Original volume production has been terminated, and this model is only available as replacement spare part for maintenance and overhaul of aged CNC equipment. CACR is the fixed series code for Yaskawa AC SERVOPACK drives. SR represents a universal control platform supporting speed, position and torque three control modes via internal parameter configuration. 03 indicates rated output power of 0.3kW. TZ stands for custom mainboard built with ±10VDC analog command interface dedicated to VS-800 CNC system under AC200V voltage specification. Digit 6 means internal decoding circuit exclusively for 15-bit absolute encoder instead of ordinary incremental encoder circuit. SS refers to OEM customized firmware and exclusive terminal definition; all core parameters including loop gain and electronic gear ratio are pre-set and locked from factory without user editable access.
3. Electrical Specifications
Main circuit power input is three-phase AC 200V~230V at 50/60Hz with tolerance of +10%/-15%, and control power is supplied by independent single-phase AC200V~230V. Rated continuous output current is 3.0Arms, and peak transient overload current reaches 8.5Arms to handle heavy starting and rapid acceleration/deceleration loads. The drive receives ±10VDC analog speed and position command from VS-800 CNC controller via CN1 port, and CN2 feedback interface only supports 15-bit serial absolute encoder and cannot work with standard incremental pulse encoders. Cooling method is natural air convection with IP20 protection grade for cabinet installation only. Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 55℃, storage temperature ranges from -20℃ to 85℃, relative humidity shall not exceed 80%RH without condensation, and applicable installation altitude is below 1000 meters above sea level.
4. Key Product Features
All internal parameters of SS customized firmware are calibrated and locked at factory for VS-800 matching. Unauthorized parameter modification may result in origin loss, motor runaway or positioning deviation. The servo is equipped with comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder disconnection, overload and regenerative circuit fault protection to guarantee stable operation. Compact rack-mounted design enables easy cabinet mounting and convenient on-site replacement during equipment maintenance. Benefiting from absolute encoder configuration, this model keeps mechanical origin data after power off and eliminates repeated homing at startup for better machining accuracy compared with incremental encoder versions such as TZ0SM and TZ0SF. Due to unique terminal layout and internal circuit design of SS variant, direct interchange with same-power SF or SM models is unavailable without modification.
