  4. Compact lightweight body, small installation space occupation, easy mechanical assembly and equipment integration.

  5. Straight shaft without keyway design, suitable for interference fit coupling and hollow shaft transmission structure.

  6. Brushless motor operation, low running noise, no carbon brush loss, long service life and high stability.

  7. Fanless natural heat dissipation structure, fewer failure points, maintenance-free daily operation.

6. Application Scope

  • Small and medium-sized CNC milling machine, drilling and tapping machine, engraving machine feed axis

  • Industrial automation high-speed handling manipulator, sorting and reciprocating positioning mechanism

  • Precision rotary platform, indexing axis and light load transmission equipment

  • Automation machinery with coolant splash and harsh dust environment

  • High-speed, high-precision, fast response light load motion control occasions

7. Installation Guidelines

  1. Install the motor on a rigid and flat mounting base to avoid resonance and mechanical deformation.

  2. Keep precise coaxial alignment between motor shaft and load shaft to reduce vibration and bearing premature wear.

  3. Use dedicated shielded power cable and encoder cable; separate power wiring and signal wiring to suppress electromagnetic interference.

  4. Reserve sufficient natural heat dissipation space around the motor, do not cover or block the motor shell ventilation area.

  5. Avoid strong impact, dropping and extrusion during handling and installation, to prevent damage to internal encoder and precision bearings.

  6. Do not damage the shaft sealing ring and shell sealing edge during installation, otherwise IP65 protection performance will be reduced.

8. Maintenance Instructions

  1. Regularly inspect motor running status including abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise.

  2. Keep motor surface clean, timely remove metal dust, cutting fluid and oil contamination.

  3. Built-in sealed bearings adopt lifetime lubrication, no regular oil filling maintenance required under normal working conditions.

  4. Periodically check encoder cable aging, damage and connector fastening condition.

  5. Prohibit long-term overload operation and frequent forward and reverse start-stop exceeding rated parameters.

  6. Regularly inspect the motor shell and shaft sealing integrity to ensure stable IP65 protection capability.

9. Safety Precautions

  1. Cut off all 200–240V power supply before installation, wiring and maintenance. Wait at least 15 minutes for internal servo capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock accident.

  2. Do not touch rotating shaft and moving parts during motor running state.

  3. This model is not equipped with holding brake; it is forbidden to be used in vertical axis and suspended load occasions with falling risk without additional mechanical locking device.

  4. Do not disassemble the motor and encoder privately; unauthorized disassembly will damage internal precision parts, destroy sealing structure and void warranty.

  5. Do not use the motor in conductive dust, heavy condensation and strong corrosive environment without additional protective measures.

10. Troubleshooting

  • Motor fails to start: Check 3-phase power supply, wiring firmness, servo amplifier alarm code and servo enable signal.

  • Abnormal noise and vibration: Check mounting rigidity, coupling coaxiality, bearing aging and mechanical load jamming.

  • Motor overheating: Inspect long-term overload, excessive ambient temperature and poor natural heat dissipation.

  • Positioning deviation out of tolerance: Check encoder cable breakage, loose connector, servo parameter mismatch and mechanical transmission backlash.

  • Unstable speed: Verify power supply voltage fluctuation, sudden load change and encoder signal interference.

  • Dust or coolant ingress: Check sealing damage, replace damaged sealing parts and improve on-site environmental protection.
