CACR-SR03TZ0SF-Y01A is an OEM customized AC servo amplifier from Yaskawa classic CACR-SR SERVOPACK series, specially developed to match Yasnac VS-800 CNC control system with rated output power of 0.3kW. It is designed for pairing with Yaskawa 300W incremental encoder type servo motors of USAREM/USAF series, widely used as feed axis drive unit on old-model CNC lathes, milling machines and small machining centers. This product has been discontinued by original manufacturer and mainly supplied as replacement spare part for equipment overhaul and after-market maintenance globally.

CACR stands for standard model prefix of Yaskawa AC servo drive series. SR represents multi-mode control platform supporting speed, position and torque three optional control modes via internal setting. 03 refers to 0.3kW nominal rated power. TZ means customized control mainboard with exclusive analog command circuit tailored for VS800 CNC system under AC200V voltage grade. 0SF is dedicated feedback circuit for specific incremental encoder signal processing. Y01A is factory fixed OEM firmware version with locked default servo parameters for VS800 matching requirement.

The main power input is three-phase AC 200V~230V, 50/60Hz with voltage fluctuation tolerance of +10%/-15%, while control power source adopts independent single-phase AC 200V~230V supply. Its rated continuous output current is 3.0Arms and instantaneous peak overload current reaches 8.5Arms to satisfy high-torque startup and rapid acceleration & deceleration demands. The drive receives ±10VDC analog speed and position command signal directly from Yasnac VS800 CNC controller, and supports incremental encoder feedback from 1000PPR up to 6000PPR pulse count. It applies natural convection air cooling with IP20 protection class and must be installed inside electrical control cabinet. Permitted working ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 55℃, storage temperature is -20℃~+85℃, and operating environment humidity shall not exceed 80%RH without condensation; maximum applicable installation altitude is below 1000 meters above sea level.

This unit belongs to exclusive OEM locked version for VS800 CNC system, all core servo gain parameters and electronic gear ratio values are pre-calibrated and solidified at factory; users cannot arbitrarily modify internal parameters to avoid motor runaway and positioning malfunction. Complete built-in protection functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder failure, overload and regenerative circuit fault protection to secure long-term stable operation. Compact rack-type mechanical structure enables easy cabinet mounting and convenient on-site replacement during machine maintenance. As a proven mature vintage servo product, it owns stable performance and abundant stock of refurbished units for old CNC equipment repair projects.
