CACR-SR03TB5BM belongs to Yaskawa classic CACR-SR servo drive series, specially customized for YASNAC VS-800 CNC control system with rated power of 0.3kW. It is designed to pair with Yaskawa USAREM and USAF series 300W incremental encoder servo motors, primarily serving as feed axis driver for legacy CNC lathes and small machining centers. Original production has been discontinued, and the product is mainly supplied as replacement spare part for equipment maintenance.

CACR is the general series code of Yaskawa AC servo amplifier. SR stands for universal control platform which supports speed, position and torque three optional control modes via internal parameter setting. 03 represents the rated output power of 0.3kW. TB refers to customized 200V-grade main power board with exclusive circuit layout matching analog command interface of VS800 CNC system. 5BM indicates dedicated control circuit for incremental encoder plus factory pre-locked OEM parameter firmware.

Main power input adopts three-phase AC 200V~230V with voltage tolerance of +10%/-15% under 50Hz or 60Hz frequency, while control circuit is powered by independent single-phase AC 200~230V. The rated continuous output current is 3.0Arms and transient peak overload current reaches 8.5Arms to satisfy short-time acceleration and deceleration load demands. The drive receives ±10VDC analog speed and position command signal from YASNAC VS800 CNC controller, and works cooperatively with incremental encoder feedback ranging from 1000PPR to 6000PPR. It applies natural air cooling mode with IP20 protection grade and can only be mounted inside electrical cabinet. The allowable operating ambient temperature ranges from 0℃ to 55℃, storage temperature spans -20℃ to 85℃, and working environment humidity shall not exceed 80%RH without condensation.

This is a dedicated OEM customized servo version for VS800 CNC system, with critical parameters including servo loop gain and electronic gear ratio pre-programmed and locked at factory. Random modification of internal parameters is forbidden, otherwise abnormal motor operation and axis positioning error may occur. The drive integrates complete protection functions covering overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, encoder signal loss, overload and regenerative circuit malfunction protection. Featuring compact structural design, it can be conveniently installed inside control cabinet and replaced on site during equipment overhaul. As a mature classic industrial servo product, it has been widely used in after-sales maintenance and component replacement of aging Yasnac CNC machine tools globally.
