CACR-SR03BZ1SS-Y367

CACR-SR03BZ1SS-Y367 is a 0.3kW original Yaskawa AC Servopack from discontinued CACR-SR series, factory OEM customized exclusively for Yasnac VS-800 CNC system. It is developed for feed-axis driving of special customized CNC lathes and small machining centers, matched with Yaskawa absolute encoder servo motors. Original mass production is terminated, and this unit is only used as spare replacement part for old customized machine maintenance. Y367 stands for unique factory preset locked parameters for designated machine model.

Description

1. Product Overview

2. Model Code Definition

CACR: General series code of Yaskawa AC servo amplifier.
SR: Basic control platform supporting speed, position and torque control via internal parameter setting.
03: Rated output power 0.3kW.
BZ: Dedicated power board designed for absolute encoder feedback, different from BY/BE incremental encoder power board.
1SS: Customized control PCB with exclusive encoder signal circuit and special pin definition for absolute feedback motor.
Y367: OEM customization code with factory solidified application parameters, core parameters locked and not allowed arbitrary modification.

3. Electrical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC 200V~230V with tolerance +10%/-15%, 50/60Hz; independent single-phase AC 200~230V for control power.
Rated continuous output current: 3.0Arms; peak transient overload current: 8.5Arms for short-time acceleration and deceleration.
Operating temperature: 0℃~55℃; storage temperature: -20℃~85℃; working humidity ≤80%RH without condensation. IP20 protection grade, only for cabinet indoor installation, avoid dusty, oily and corrosive gas environment. IGBT sine-wave PWM drive technology is adopted.

4. Main Control Features

Three optional control modes including speed, position and torque control. Critical parameters are pre-locked by Y367 factory program to match original CNC analog ±10VDC command output, unauthorized parameter revision will cause abnormal machine operation. BZ hardware supports absolute position feedback, no mechanical homing required after power restart.
Full protection functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, regenerative circuit failure, encoder signal loss and CPU fault protection. Front single 7-segment digital display shows real-time running status and numeric fault codes; P and N terminals are reserved for external regenerative braking resistor connection.

5. Wiring Instruction

R, S, T connect three-phase input power source; U, V, W connect matched servo motor power cables; PE terminal must connect reliable protective ground complying with local electrical safety regulations; P/N for external brake resistor wiring.
Control terminals receive ±10VDC analog instruction from Yasnac CNC controller, digital input for servo enable and fault reset, dry-contact relay output for external fault alarm feedback. Special circular aviation connector follows BZ-SS-Y367 customized pin definition for absolute encoder wiring.

6. Installation and Commissioning

Install vertically inside electrical cabinet, reserve enough upper and bottom clearance for heat dissipation and stay away from heat-generating components like transformers. Complete full wiring inspection before power-on to avoid short circuit. Pre-set Y367 customized parameters enable direct replacement without large-scale parameter setting. Perform no-load jog test to confirm motor rotation direction and stability before connecting mechanical load.

7. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Cut off all input power and wait over 10 minutes for internal capacitor residual high voltage discharge before maintenance to prevent electric shock. Clean cooling vents and tighten terminal screws every quarter. When alarm occurs, check sequentially input voltage fluctuation, motor mechanical jamming, loose absolute encoder cable and poor cabinet heat dissipation; prohibit repeated startup before fault elimination, forbidden to rewrite locked Y367 customized program randomly.
